of Bank of New Yorks’ Mellon Corporation.
High net worth individuals, family offices, screened
to the highest compliance standards and regulatory
requirements of US and DFSA/DIFC would form the nucleus
of operations for and on behalf of the customers at
Pershings’ and with customers’ bank accounts
at Bank of New York Mellon Corporation.
Advice on financial
products, credit and deals in investments and arrangement
of credit for and are behalf of the customers shall
form the core of the services provided to the customers.
The customers will be served through third party research
available, and supported by a team of specialists
in compliance, risk management, marketing, trading
and operationally supported by back office through
a state-of-the-art accounting, risk, investment management
and operating system, under the aegis of top professional
management and the regulators – DFSA /DIFC,
Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
